Where to get a Case Manager
Goodwill of Central Texas – For people who want help finding a new or better job (full or part-time). Provides Employment Case Management that includes services such as job search assistance for people with barriers, like a criminal history. Call 512-637-7580.
Integral Care – Also known as ATCIC or MHMR. Provides Mental Health Case Management, including psychiatric care and emotional support. Call 512-472-HELP (4357) to make an appointment.
Downtown Austin Community Court (DACC) - Provides Case Management that includes help with housing navigation, IDs and documents, and outstanding tickets. You must have had at least one case with the court to qualify. Walk into the court at 719 E. 6th Street and request to speak with a case manager to sign up for their waitlist.
Family Eldercare – For people receiving disability benefits who want help managing their money. Provides Housing Case Management that includes “Representative Payee” or financial supervision services. Call 512-450-0844 or walk in to the ARCH on Wednesday mornings and request to speak with Family Eldercare.
SafePlace – For people who have experienced domestic violence or sexual assault. Provides counseling, emotional support, and emergency shelter. Call 512-267-SAFE (7233) to speak with a counselor about their services.
Any Baby Can – For families with critically ill or disabled children from the ages of zero to twelve years of age. Includes crisis management, counseling, and medical assistance. Call 512-454-3743.
Foundation for the Homeless – For families with children who need emergency shelter. Includes resource help and housing search assistance. Call 512-453-6570 to screen for shelter.
City of Austin CDU – For people living with HIV or AIDS. Provides medical case management and emotional support.

Applications for SSI, AFDC, SNAP (food stamps), WIC, emergency food pantry, and senior citizen meals. Assistance is limited to once every 3 months. Travis County Residents ONLY. Clients should go to the center that serves their zip code.
